Rich Sable was recently named Product Manager at EQ2, LLC where he manages the customer experience and product development for the company’s HEMS® CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System). He had been providing customer education for HEMS for a number of years and was the Manager of Clinical Engineering at St. Francis Medical Center in Trenton, NJ.
Two experts on Healthcare Technology Management (HTM) – Ted Cohen, MS, FACCE, and Matt Baretich, PE, PhD – just authored two important pieces on how data and data management in a CMMS when used properly can help an HTM department be successful. One of these is a book that includes examples from EQ2’s HEMS CMMS.

EQ2 CTO Vishal Malhotra took part in a roundtable discussion on CMMS software considerations for hospitals in the November issue of the publication 24×7 which focuses on “Solutions for Healthcare Technology Management”. He discussed how using a CMMS can lead to numerous positive outcomes for hospitals.
